Today we made jammy cakes, they are the same cakes we made last week for our daddies. It was our turn to eat them. Our cooks were Caris, Lola, Jevaun, Roveena and Xavier. We mixed 225g of butter and sugar then added 4 eggs and 225g of self raising flour. At the end we added a drop of jam on top. We cooked the cakes at 190 degrees for 15 minutes. They were delicious. We hope the daddies liked them too last week.
