We really enjoyed our trip to Kew Gardens. It was so quiet, tranquil and peaceful. We saw lots of beautiful flowers and half of us went inside the Royal Palace where King George III resided. The other half went to visit the Royal kitchens. The lady told us that they built the kitchen in a separate building to the palace in case a fire broke out! We also visited the Palm House where we saw lots of tropical plants from across the world. The children enjoyed eating their lunch in a tepee tent and playing in the play area afterwards.
